436 HT

The JCB 436B HT gives exceptional productivity and genuine economy. Its four ram geometry provides real high torque which allows a wide variety of attachments to be used without compromising performance. And to ensure optimum operator comfort, it has one of the highest specification cabs in this class.

HIGH PRODUCTIVITY
Cummins BTAA5.9C engine produces 132 kW (177hp). Coupled to the semi-automatic transmission, it generates class leading performance and is highly fuel efficient. Four ram geometry delivers high torque for versatile performance on all applications. Two loader hydraulics modes provide a choice of speed or power for specific applications. Optional limited slip differentials on the front and rear increase traction in poor conditions. The optional Automatic Carry Control System reduces machine bounce, increases productive capacity and improves operator comfort during load and carry cycles.
LONG-LIFE DURABILITY
Quality design and heavy-duty construction result in a rugged machine built for a long productive life.
Multi-plate, oil immersed disc brakes are mounted in wheel hubs to eliminate damage from abrasive materials and to minimise maintenance requirement.
Load sensed hydraulics reduce wear and minimise fuel consumption by delivering oil only on demand.
Steering cylinders are mounted high on the mainframe for greater protection against the elements.

OPERATOR COMFORT
Ergonomically designed cab includes a fully adjustable seat and steering column for greater comfort and minimal fatigue. The cab is pressurised with positive filtration to keep the air clean. Air conditioning is optional to help maintain a dust-free and comfortable environment.
Low sound pressure level in the cab minimises operator fatigue.
Automatic return to dig, with kickout on lift, helps reduce operator fatigue. Single lever servo hydraulic controls, with integrated transmission kickdown and disconnect, further add to ease of use.
The optional fully automatic transmission ensures real ease of operation for more productive machine utilisation.

SERVICEABILITY
Electronic Monitoring System (EMS) warns of any potential system failure. It includes a data logging and downloading capacity.
Pin and bush design only require greasing every 100 hours.
All servicing points and major components are easy to access.
