Madvac Series

Anti-corrosion
At the heart of the machine a lightweight welded ladder type chassis was designed from deep section steel channels, MIG welded and hot dip galvanized. This chassis protects the engine, giving it a low centre of gravity.

Swingo Ergonomically designed
The designers of Schmidt succeeded in satisfying in the diverse needs. Productivity can only result from both human skills and mechanical power. The Swingo cab is ergonomically designed to provide a comfortable, practical and productive workplace.
The driver's seat, and the height and tilt of the steering wheel, and the sweeping control panel are all fully adjustable. Driving is as simple as with an automatic car.
Swingo Instruments
Instruments and controls all fall easily to the hand. Functions are clearly differentiated so that the driver does not need to take his eyes off the road ahead, or the brushes.
A multi-function liquid crystal display above the windscreen reports on the staus of fuel, cooling, hydraulic temperature and provides a comprehensive warning system. |

Assured operation
Swingo's central management system allows the operator to concentrate on the work in hand. This monitors the engine load, adjusts revolutions to meet changing conditions and oversees sweeping conditions.
The cooling system for engine and hydraulic fluid copes with temperatures up to 46 º Celsius.
Diesel engine
The Swingo has a VM2.8 litre turbocharged engine which fully complies with Euro 3 Power output reaches 55 kW at 2300 rpm at maximum working speed.
The working speed ranges fromm 1500 rpm to 2100 rpm, ensuring ultra-low noise operation and greatly extending engine life.
Thermoplastic tanks
All the tanks, for clean water, recirculation water, diesel fuel and hydraulic fluid are rotary moulded from a tough non corrodible polythylene. They are positioned saddle-tank style along the outside of the chassis. |
